No Return and Refund Policy

1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or process refunds once a purchase is completed.
2. Exceptions will only be made if the product delivered is defective or incorrect. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide proof in the form of an unboxing video showing the defective or incorrect product. Photographs will only act as supporting evidence for the unboxing video. Only an unboxing video will be considered valid proof; photographs provided after opening the packet at a later stage will not qualify you for refunds or replacement arrangements. All users are advised to make an unboxing video for their own safety.
3. Misuse or tampering with delivered products will void any eligibility for replacement or refunds.
